Simple Cooking – Happy Memories in the Kitchen
I’ve spent many hours in my mom’s kitchen learning that you don’t need a complex recipe or ingredients to create something incredible. Those kitchen lessons along with having a hectic schedule and never knowing when my workdays will wrap up, I plan ahead the simplest, healthiest of meals for my husband and me.
Our Napa garden produce provides us with the most amazing options for my easy (yet hearty) and yummy meals midweek! Gorgeous tomatoes, fresh basil and yummy arugula and fennel were easily whipped up into our farm to table dinner last evening. Using the healthiest and simplest of ingredients helps me to minimize my time in the kitchen and allows us to enjoy catch up time around the dinner table with fabulous meals!
