Orders are processed within two business days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days).
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders for Priority Shipping (2nd Day service) will be processed the same day if placed by 2:00 PM EST/11:00 AM PST, depending on product availability. Priority Shipping methods (2nd Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S. Territories.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) .
All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Pre-ordered items are billed upon placement of order and are scheduled to ship on a specified date. All items in your order will be held for shipment with pre-order item. Please place a separate order if you would like non-preorder items earlier.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with a lilahbeauty.com purchase for any reason, please return it for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Product must be unused and in their original condition and packaging for a free exchange or prompt refund. We are unable to accept used products.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post.
Unfortunately, return shipping fees are not refundable. For prompt and accurate service, please include a copy of your original invoice and reason for return. Please be as specific as possible so that we can better serve you now and in the future.
Your return will be processed and your account credited within 15 to 30 days from receipt.
