Shipping/Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within two business days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days).

  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

  • Orders for Priority Shipping (2nd Day service) will be processed the same day if placed by 2:00 PM EST/11:00 AM PST, depending on product availability.
 Priority Shipping methods (2nd Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S. Territories.

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays)

  • All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Please double check your shipping address at checkout and ensure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.
  • If a package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once claim number is received, please reach out to with claim details. lilah b. is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages, and will accommodate customers with a replacement or store credit only.   

Promotions and Discounts

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined. If you have a discount code or are placing an order during a promotion, only one code can be used per order and discounts cannot be combined.


Pre-ordered items are billed upon placement of order and are scheduled to ship on a specified date. All items in your order will be held for shipment with pre-order item. Please place a separate order if you would like non-preorder items earlier.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To request a return, email with:

  • Your original invoice
  • The item(s) and reason(s) for return
  • If you are returning for full refund, exchange or store credit

Please be as specific as possible so that we can better serve you now and in the future.

We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and an $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit. 

Your return will be processed and your account credited within 15 to 30 days from receipt to original form of payment. Store credit on does not expire.
